has anyone else noticed that there are ads for scientology everywhere?
it smells of desperation to me.

I was recently looking at local activity by Anonymous, which in my area has been limited to anti-Scientology demonstrations. Soon after I noticed the ads, but I assumed they were based on my cookies. A string of coincidences apparently.
I find it fascinating that it was even possible to create a completely new, large religion. Being modern, they've replaced bishops with corporate executives and knights with celebrities. Science fiction indeed.
