Isn't it interesting how a region of the world that has been overpopulated for thousands of years came up with a religion that tells its people to accept their position and wait for reincarnation for a better life - keeps down the uprisings, eh? And early man believed lightning, fire, the sun, the moon, the ocean and so on to be gods. I know my little pussycat is a goddess but other than that I don't think any of it is real - just instruments of social control and a priest class for elitists.
